I think we should emphasize that the CCSJ wants the government to embody their christian values and beliefs into our secular legislation by prohibiting abortion and the rights of Gays and other minority groups in our society.
History has proved that making things illegal will not make it all go away.
I have no problems with any religious organization exercising their rights by refusing to marry gays, if this would be out of accordance with their church doctrine but forcing their doctrine on our secular laws is another matter.
